Fleadh Cheoil Uíbh Fhailí 2019 will be hosted by Edenderry Comhaltas & Rhode Comhaltas.

26 April. Friday. Dancing Competitions in St. Mary's Primary School, Edenderry.

Starting at 5pm.

27-28 April. Saturday & Sunday: Remaining Competitions in St. Mary's Secondary School in Edenderry.

Competitor line up available in the Fleadh Programme Booklet and costs 5 euro.

Fleadh Cheoil Uíbh Fhailí is one of the biggest county fleadhanna in the country. The competitions will run over 3 days and last year we had over 800 competition entries. With an event of this size, fleadh entries must be submitted by the closing date in order to facilitate the smooth running of this event.

In line with our child protection policy, unauthorised photography/audio/video recording of contestants and competitions is expressly forbidden without written permission. This permission can ONLY be obtained from the Secretary of the Offaly Comhaltas County Board in the Fleadh Office. 

Those wanting to take part should contact their local Comhaltas Branch Secretary to register their intention to compete. Those not in a Comhaltas branch must email the County Secretary, Mary Berry O'Connell directly:  gormagh@aol.com in order to take part.
